No, I don't offer 1-to-1 sessions anymore. My focus is on helping as many people as possible through my online course, MBRX, my book Anxiety Rx, and my free resources. MBRX is where I shares everything I would offer in private sessions (and more) in a structured, step-by-step way.

I truly wish I could personally respond to everyone who reaches out. I know how painful and confusing anxiety can be. While I can't reply individually, I created MBRX to answer the most common and important questions I’ve received over the years.
However, when you join MBRX, you get access to my private online community, where I host live monthly Q&A sessions (for free!). That’s the best place to get ongoing support and ask me your questions directly.

Anxiety Rx shares my personal story and lays the groundwork for understanding my approach to healing — it’s the “why.”
MBRX is the “how.” It’s a practical, guided program that walks you through the exact steps I teach to heal anxiety at the root. If the book gave you insight, MBRX is where the real transformation begins.

While there aren’t currently any therapists formally trained in my MBRX method, we’re in the process of building a practitioner training program so that we can begin recommending trusted professionals in the near future.
